Hosch D-Scraper
The most technically advanced scraper available.
- This is a 3 piece scraper— Set and Forget. No adjustment required for the life of the blades. No ongoing servicing.
- Removal and installation is completed from outside the chute.
- Compact fixed mount provides more mounting options and less space required.
- The fixed mount has no serviceable parts. It is lighter for manual handling and easier to install.
- Removal of the scraper takes under 5 minutes.
- The scraper is secured by 1 x U bolt and two nuts on each end of the scraper.
Modules
- 82sq cm of Product Flow Clearance from the carrier bar.
- 15 degrees of slide angle on the cleaning modules for better product flow off the modules.
- The slide angle of the cleaning modules has less impact on deviations and imperfections in the belt than cleaning modules at 90 degrees.
- A single row of 13mm overlapping and pivoting cleaning modules provides consistent tension to the belt.
- Mechanical stops within the cleaning module prevent continual wearing down to the stems of the cleaning modules.
- The cleaning modules have a mechanical stop preventing runback from pulling the cleaning module in the direction of the runback.
- All dampening is now within the consumable cleaning module itself.
- Cleaning modules have an independent measuring scale and can be set to mirror the belt profile.
- Removal and insertion of the cleaning module takes 2-3 seconds.
- Adjusting the modules to mirror the belt profile is all done outside the chute.
